Brimlo Affiliate Program Agreement
Effective 25 August 2026. Please save a copy for your records.
1. Parties and status
This agreement is between the Brimlo operator identified in the Legal Notice and the person or entity joining the program. The affiliate acts as an independent contractor. Nothing creates employment, agency, partnership or authority to bind Brimlo.
2. Commission
The standard commission is 20% of amounts actually collected for an attributed Brimlo subscription, excluding IVA or other indirect taxes, refunds, credits and chargebacks. Commission is recurring while the qualifying customer remains paid and attributed to the affiliate.
3. Attribution
Attribution uses the first valid affiliate referral recorded during a 30-day attribution window. Self-referrals, test accounts, duplicate accounts, cookie stuffing and manipulation of attribution are prohibited.
4. Validation and payment
Commission remains pending for 30 days after payment. Available balances may be requested from €50 and are processed monthly. The affiliate must provide correct tax and payment information and any legally required invoice. Brimlo may use self-billing only under a separate prior agreement and acceptance procedure.
5. Free Brimlo subscription
Ten qualified clients unlock Brimlo Basic at no charge. A qualified client is unique, has an active paid subscription, has not received a refund and has completed the 30-day validation period. If the count falls below ten, the benefit continues for a 30-day grace period. For Pro, the current Basic price is credited against the Pro price.
6. Promotion rules
Affiliate content must be accurate, lawful and clearly disclose the commercial or affiliate relationship. Spam, misleading claims, impersonation, bidding on Brimlo trademarks without written permission and use of unlawful or undisclosed advertising are prohibited.
7. Brand and materials
Brimlo grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved program materials solely to promote Brimlo. The affiliate may not alter the logo, register confusing domains or imply endorsement beyond participation in the program.
8. Data and confidentiality
The affiliate dashboard exposes only the information needed to administer referrals and payments. Affiliates receive no customer personal data through the program. Each party remains responsible for its own privacy and security obligations.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation. Brimlo may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, legal risk or breach. Valid commission earned before termination remains payable after normal validation, unless connected to prohibited conduct.
10. Changes and law
Material changes will be notified before taking effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. The governing law, operator details and dispute contact are those stated in the Brimlo Legal Notice, without limiting mandatory consumer or procedural rights.
